It was a beautiful day and I thank all of those who helped, attended, sent gifts, etc.... Mahalo Nui Loa! We were married on the grounds of Kauai Coffee (the largest coffee plantation in the U.S.) in the middle of a maze of coffee trees. The coffee trees only bloom a few times a year, and they only last a few days. A few weeks before the wedding, we visited the site of the ceremony and noticed some small buds on the coffee trees. I thought, "Wouldn't it be wonderful if they blossomed on our wedding day!" Of course the day of our wedding was so hectic - preparing the food, decorating and setting up the reception hall - that we never had a chance to decorate the wedding ceremony site. As we walked into the maze of coffee trees I had tears in my eyes as I noticed the trees in full bloom! God decorated our wedding site for us! This was a magical gift indeed!
