If you are a local or frequent visitor to Hawaii then you will know that one of best places to grab a quick plate lunch is L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. This chain is scattered throughout the islands with over 60 locations in the state of Hawaii. Even California has quite a few L&Ls, but there are only a handful of them located in the rest of the U.S. Just recently, one opened up in Chesapeake, Virginia and they somehow came across my art and decided they wanted it for their restaurant decor. Needless to say, I was thrilled! They chose a nice variety of art from my hula, flowers, cottages, landscapes and sea life collections. They wanted something large, so they decided to order large prints on canvas from my website: https://marionette-taboniar.pixels.com/
I think they turned out wonderful! So if you are on the east coast and get a craving for some Hawaiian food, check out their Facebook page at: https://www.facebook.com/lnlchesapeake.va/
My mouth is already watering with the thought of their barbecue chicken, lau laus, sesame garlic chicken wings, pineapple dole whip, chicken katsu, kalua pork and the list goes on and on! Good thing there is an L&L right next door to my studio in Waimea, Kauai!!
A Big Mahalo to the owner of the Chesapeake L&L for choosing my art to add a little "Hawaii" to their decor!!!
Aloha,
Marionette
